Here are a few things to consider before filling out an Inquiry Form!
- Why filling out an inquiry is required?
- The inquiry form is a quick way to gather information to further discuss your desired concept in depth if accepted.
- The inquiry form also starts a recorded folder of your information and ideas to ensure nothing is lost to provide a smoother process.
- What should you expect after submitting your inquiry?
- Once you have filled out an inquiry, it will be reviewed as soon as possible. A response will be issued within 2 to 5 days, although PLEASE NOTE, a response to the inquiry may take a few weeks to be issued depending on the current demand at the time.
- All submitted inquiries are reviewed and appreciated, but not all projects are accepted.
- If your inquiry is approved, you will be notified as soon as possible, in which, you will be advised of your booking options via email or text.
- What kind of projects are currently being accepted?
- Only accepting large projects in the style of black and grey or color realism/surrealism.
- Projects that are appealing through illustration that flow with the body.
- Certain cover-ups will be accepted within reason. Precise planning will be required.
- Re-works may be accepted under certain conditions, but it is not preferred to work on another artist’s work.
- Lettering projects are not preferred unless it works with design. Concepts are preferred to be rendered through illustration rather than words.
- What kind of projects may be rejected?
- Any project that is not in the preferred style of the artist.
- Any project that may limit the freedom of design.
- Any project that may not work or look appealing to the eye, or will hold over time.
- Finger tattoos will be rejected most of the time, unless the client has been tattooed multiple times by the artist beforehand.
- Tribal or blackout tattoos
- If you are under 18 years of age.
- Why budget is required to be filled out?
- Your budget is required to know if the project can even be done at a reasonable time frame. For example, sleeves take several sessions to realistically complete in the style of realism.
- If your inquiry is approved, budget will be discussed in detail at your consultation.
- If your inquiry is approved, what should you expect at your consultation?
- Detailed review of your inquiry.
- Discussing elements of your concept, including size, placement, subject matter, and the estimated cost of your tattoo.
- Measurements and photos will be taken at this time to start the design phase.
- The amount of sessions required to complete your project will be discussed, and how you would like to book your sessions.
